In a strange yet serendipitous turn of events, I will be working this week as a chaperone on a wilderness trip to Big Bend National Park in SW Texas with 50 8th graders from St. Stevens Episcopal School in Austin. The events will be thoroughly documented, and I will return this Friday with the tales.
