Rick's Writing Skills Universal-ly Recognized

This just in... Rick just sold his first screenplay, "Best-Man-A-Thon", to Universal Pictures!  He also has been "signed" with CAA (Creative Artists Agency), one of top three talent agencies in Hollywood.  This means that Rick is now a professional screenwriter!

Universal has slotted Scott Stuber to produce the movie.  Scott has produced several blockbusters so far, including The Break Up and Role Models, which is currently in theaters.

Rick also won third place in the Samuel Goldwyn writing awards earlier this month for another screenplay of his, "The Hole in the Brain of Phineas Gage."
